<li>Practical part: Here, users can master the techniques and exercises for changing their own and others' emotional states. It includes globally recognized methods adapted to a structured and systematic format that facilitates prompt, easy, and straightforward practice, memorization, and assimilation.</li>
<li>Individual program: The application generates a unique step-by-step algorithm tailored to each user's needs.</li>
<li>EQ test: Assesses the user's level of emotional intelligence.</li>
<li>Emotions indicator: Trains the skill of recognizing a variety of emotions and feelings.</li>
<li>Involvement scale: Develops the ability to control the intensity of experienced states.</li>
<li>Emotions Diary: Enables users to keep track of their emotions and their causes, trace their own learning progress, and identify markers for future growth.</li>
</ol>

The ability to feel and express emotions in relationships with the world, ourselves, and others is inherent in human existence. However, traditional systems of upbringing and education primarily focus on the development of cognitive abilities and acquiring factual knowledge – known as IQ formation.

Conversely, teaching socially acceptable emotions and cultivating internal resources is an innovative educational methodology aimed at developing a comprehensive understanding of individuals' emotional lives. This approach fosters skills in adapting to social contexts by enabling users to switch between, feel, and express emotions that are both socially acceptable and adaptive – known as EQ formation.
